The "Tri-Lite" Panel emits high-powered red light and near-infrared frequencies from a soft, lightweight, and flexible panel. "Tri-Lite" is a Therasage-exclusive polychromatic Light Emitting Diode (LED) that produces therapeutic light frequencies in the red light spectrum from 600 to 680 nm, the near-infrared spectrum from 800 to 880 nm, and 900, 940, 960, and 980nm, all from a single diode.



    The ultimate purpose is to absorb light energy. What are the most efficient methods for achieving 98% Emissivity, and how does our Tri LIte achieve that... The strength of the light, the specialized light frequencies, the amount of time exposed to the rays, and the distance your body is from the light source all have a role in absorption.

      Each diode in the Tri-LiteTMM system has a different frequency. Each is powered by a 5w LED, delivering three times the amount of BioPhoton light energy as a single monochromatic LED. Furthermore, because we employ 110v / 220v electrical current to produce the light energy, Therasage can transfer nearly 98% of the energy deep into the cells and tissues.

      How Often Should I Utilize Red Light?

      To get the most out of Infrared light therapy, make sure your body is properly hydrated. Like with other therapies, it is best to begin slowly and gradually. Further information should be obtained from your primary healthcare practitioner. The whole treatment time is 22 minutes. Every day for five (5) days a week. The panel can be placed directly on the skin or up to 8 inches away.

          We understand how important it is to feel secure in your purchase, which is why all of our products come with a minimum of a one-year warranty. For added peace of mind, some of our products even offer up to ten years of coverage.           Our team will promptly send a replacement part or product to ensure your complete satisfaction.

          If you encounter any issues with our products, please send an email to jaime@homerehabilitationequipment.com, and we will be in touch within 24 hours. In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 30 days of the delivery date. Provide a clear picture of the packaging with the tracking number visible, as well as a picture of the received product, specifying the damage, defect, or wrong item(s). Our Online Returns Department will assess your complaints and offer available options.

          You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. We recommend that you send it with a tracking option. Please contact us before sending your return, as the return address may differ from the address where your order was initially shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without notifying us cannot be guaranteed.

          To track your return, use the information provided by the shipping partner to ensure that it has been delivered. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your package and processed the refund. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the package has not been opened. After sending the package back, all customers must contact us and provide the tracking information so that we can process the refund. Please note that it may take an average of 3-5 business days for most financial institutions to process the refund, but it could take longer. Before contacting us, please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement. If you require more information, please contact your credit card provider.

          Damages and issues
          Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

          Home Rehab Equipment scooters and wheelchairs are unable to be returned if they are damaged during shipping. However, as they are covered by warranty we will work with you to send parts or a new unit depending on the extent of the damage. 

           

          Exceptions / non-returnable items
          Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

          Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

          Home Rehab Equipment scooters and wheelchairs are unable to be returned if you change your mind about your purchase. This is due to low margins and the high cost of shipping these large, bulky items. Please be sure that you are fully committed before purchasing.
