How It Works:

The lamp emits special polarised light in the visible range that leads to photobiostimulation in the skin, and increases microcirculation.

Natural light (non-polarised light) vibrates in all directions. In polarised light the light waves move in parallel plains. A polarizer transforms unpolarised light into polarised light by absorbing some of the light and selectively allowing the rest to pass through. Instructions:

The application of the lamp is very simple. No professional skills are needed - simply switch on the lamp, set the length of the treatment and apply the polarized light therapy over the skin surface to be treated for 4 to 10 minutes per occasion. For the best results, apply the treatments on a regular basis of 1 to 2 times a day. It can be applied at home and in clinical circumstances as well. It is safe, absolutely painless and there are no known side effects.

It is a completely drug-free, natural treatment that is simple to use. You can hold it or put it on a stand and adjust the angle and the position of the lamp to best suit the treatment.

In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 30 days of the delivery date. Provide a clear picture of the packaging with the tracking number visible, as well as a picture of the received product, specifying the damage, defect, or wrong item(s). Our Online Returns Department will assess your complaints and offer available options.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. We recommend that you send it with a tracking option. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Home Rehab Equipment scooters and wheelchairs are unable to be returned if they are damaged during shipping. However, as they are covered by warranty we will work with you to send parts or a new unit depending on the extent of the damage. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
